ETT™ Improves the Quality of care

Studies show empathy matters: patients’ health outcomes can be improved considerably from a high-quality, empathic encounter with their provider.  Recent healthcare system changes are focused on improving the quality of care, and patient and family experiences, including their ability to better engage in their care, will increasingly drive quality.   ETT™provides medical professionals with the skills needed (being present, active listening and active empathy) to provide high-quality care for children and families.
